What would Good Friday be without lobster?  Fortunately, Annelize and Peter were around to take a picture of me before I dug into the smashing meal I had prepared. me at the dinner table
This is what it consisted of: A lobster I thought was a bit pricey, lots of broccoli, a potato, a bottle of wine (selected by 'le caviste' down the street when I told him what I was having and how it would be prepared), water (in the blue bottle), fresh bread from the 'patisserie' down the street, and some incredible soft cheese (whose name I forget)...of course from the 'fromagerie' right down the street.
